Winemaking process and blends

The winemaking

Our winemaking process starts with hand-picked harvest with boxes, then we take away the grapes stalks with a soft pressing, then a long maceration and alcoholic fermentation made by selected yeasts.

Blend and ageing

We yield wine using different grapes: Groppello, Merlot, Rebo, Lugana, Cabernet and Chardonnay. The refinement continues in concrete barrels, for a period that depends on the wine type: it takes 12 or 18 months then there is a storage.
