Winemaking process
Our winemaking starts with hand-picked harvest with boxes, then we take away the grapes stalks with a soft pressing, then a long maceration and alcoholic fermentation made by selected yeasts

Deep ruby red in colour, it smells like overripe red fruits, tobacco and spices
Ageing
In concrete casks for 12 months and then storage in bottle
