1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a site saves on your device while you browse. They make pages work, remember your preferences or — when they belong to third parties — collect statistics and show you advertising. Alongside cookies there are similar technologies, such as localStorage, which save information in the browser: from a regulatory point of view the same rules apply.
2. What this site (actually) uses
The site uses technical cookies, necessary for it to work, and — only if you give consent through the banner — third-party statistics and marketing cookies, listed below.
3. Third-party content and services
To display the brand typefaces, some pages load resources from Adobe Fonts (Adobe Inc.). To deliver the fonts, Adobe receives your IP address. According to the supplier, the service sets no profiling cookies and does not use this data for advertising. You can find more information in the Adobe Fonts privacy policy.
The references to Google Maps and Instagram on the site are plain links: we do not embed maps or social widgets in the pages, so until you click, no data is sent to those services. If you open them, their own notices apply.
4. Statistics and marketing cookies
They are installed only after you have given consent through the banner, and you can change your mind at any time.
| Tool | Provider | Category | Purpose |
|---|---|---|---|
| Google Analytics 4 | Google Ireland Ltd. | Statistics | Understanding how the site is used, in aggregate form |
| Microsoft Clarity | Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd. | Statistics | Heatmaps and recording of interactions |
These providers may transfer data outside the European Union: the transfer takes place on the basis of the safeguards set out in the Privacy Policy.
5. How to manage cookies and local storage
On your first visit a banner appears letting you accept or reject just as easily, or choose category by category. Until you make a choice, no tool is activated for statistics or marketing: no cookie of this kind is set in advance.
You can change your mind at any time from the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of every page. Withdrawal applies for the future and does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before.
You can in any case delete or block cookies and site data from your browser settings. Bear in mind that blocking the technical tools may stop some site features from behaving as expected. Instructions can be found in the guides for Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge.
6. Controller and contacts
The data controller is Saottini Società Agricola, società semplice, Via Tugurio, 3 — 25017 Lonato del Garda (BS), Italia — VAT 04059720989. For any question: info@saottinivini.com. All the details on processing are in the Privacy Policy.
